Z -- INTERIOR RENOVATION OF BASE CHAPEL & CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITION SOL F48608-98-B0006 DUE 122997 POC Curt Swan, 307-773-3917, Contract Administrator The work includes interior renovation of the head base Chapel and the construction of a new one-story brick and frame addition (annex) of approximately 1,535 sq ft. The Chapel is located within the historic district of F.E. Warren AFB, WY. The renovation work consists of demolition of selected portions of the building, limited asbestos abatement, repairs, new restrooms meeting ADA requirements, office conversions and limited amount of other new work including partitions, ceilings, floors, finishes, millwork, windows, doors, heating/ventilation, plumbing, light fixtures, electrical systems and fire detection. The addition (annex) includes a fellowship hall and small kitchen complete with mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior work includes limited grading, sidewalks, sprinkler systems and landscaping. The projected cost expenditure for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contract performance period is 240 days.
