Revised work includes HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, supports, controls and electrical and related work. The contractor shall also be responsible for obtaining all required permits, payment for those permits, and approvals and other incidental related work. LOCATION The work is located at Bilding A-33, the Naval Command and Ocean Surveillance Center, RDT&E Division, San Diego, California. The exact location we be directed by the Contracting Officer. PRE-BID SITE VISITATION Prospective quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work is to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for withdrawal of quotation after opening or for a claim after issuance of the purchase order. One site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, 16 December 1997 at 10:00 a.m. local time. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
