Title: Architect Engineer Services for Cemetery Expansion & Site Improvement at West Virginia National Cemetery, Pruntytown, WV. Project No. 912CM3007. At this time the architect-engineer services is for design development only; the project may include complete bid documents, plans and specifications for bidding purposes, full construction period services and site visits. A proposed Scope of Work will be available at time of A/E selection. Designed project will consist of developing remaining acreage on the east side of the original tract as in-ground burials. Roads will be needed to connect to existing roadways, water lines to burial areas, signage for committal service shelter, landscaping including the existing cemetery using already prepared documents. Construction cost estimate is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Area of consideration are firms located in State of WV. and the immediate adjoining states. Interested firms sh~ould provide ST 254/255 to the contracting officer no later than 1/5/98. This is not a request for proposal.
