Razmek, Contracting Officer The Contractor shall furnish the necessary labor, hardware, software and telecommunication equipment to provide the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco and our Santa Rosa Clinic located in Santa Rosa, California with a digital dictation system, operating lease and transcription services. Anatomic Pathology, Radiology and Health Information Management departments will dicate medical reports, i.e. Patient Clinical History, Preoperative Diagnosis, Operative Findings, Post Operative Findings, Gross Descriptions, Discharge Summaries, Compensation and Pension Examinations and Autopsy for transcription. These reports and others require the services of Certified Medical Transcriptionists remotely located from the hospital. A Pre-Bid Conference shall be held 12-19-97 @ 10:00 a.m. at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Contracting Conference Room to discuss the contract requirements. Soliciation Issue Date: 12-15-97. Bid Opening Date: 01-14-98. The period of performance is 02-17-98 through 02-16-99 with four one year options.
