The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Health Services Division, has a requirement to conduct CD4/CD8 Whole Blood Analysis on selected federal inmates within the Federal Prison system. The award of a firm-fixed price requirements type contract, 100% small business set-aside, performed in accordance with the terms of the solicitation. Proof of compliance with CLIA '88 is required for implementation. The period of performance will consist of a base period, not to exceed eight (8) months, and four (4) one year option periods for renewal. Approximately 1,002 tests will be conducted during the base periord, 2,200 tests will be conducted during Option Period 1, 2,420 tests will be conducted during Option 2, 2,662 tests will be conducted during Option Period 3, and 2,928 tests will be conducted during Option Period.
