NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP)5-50694/116 for Occupational Medicine, Industrial Hygiene, Radiation Protection, and Employee Drug Testing for the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), NASA Headquarters (HQ) and Wallops Flight Facility (WFF). Related Services shall also be provided for NASA employees located at the Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York City. Environmental Engineering and Safety Support will also be required at the GSFC and WFF locations. The result of this RFP will be a Cost Plus Award Fee, Performance Based Contract. The Contract will consist of a two year basic period, and one, 3-year option for a total of five years. This procurement is a total small business set aside. The SIC Code and size standard are 8011 and $5M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about December 19,1997, with an anticipated proposal due date of February 2, 1998. A pre-proposal conference will also be held on or about January 15, 1998. All elibible, responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
