The area of M Street between New Jersey Avenue and First Street, SE with special emphasis in the area of the New Jersey Avenue Metro stop; 2. First Street, SE between Tingley and Federal Street, SE and M Street; 3. The satellite parking lot in the area of New Jersey Avenue and M Street; 4. The Building 213 satellite parking lot, in the vicinity of R Street to V Street and Second Street to Half Street; and 5. Anywhere along the route traveled by the Building 213-Shuttle bus, the satellite parking lot and building 213. The Contractor shall have full jurisdictional arrest powers for the locations listed above and also the area in and around the Metro Subway station and it's environs.
