The project consists of the new construction of 0.73 miles of 8' wide, paved bike trail. Principal items of construction include Quality Control and Quantity Measurement, Establish and Maintain Vertical Grade Control of the existing marked centerline alignment, 0.73 miles of Clearing and Grubbing, Excavation, Placement 450 cu. yds. of Borrow Excavation, Placement of 445 tons of Hot Bituminous Pavement installation of 110 Lin. ft. of small dia. C.M.P.A., placement of 39 cu. yds. of Hand Placed Riprap, placement of 170 lin. ft. of asphalt curbing, construction of 57 sq. yds of Rock Lined Drainage Ditch, construction of 2-10' wide wooden foot bridges (1-20' span and 1-34' span), installation of 1-4 wide x 10' long Steel Grated V-Ditch Crossing, and the installation of 9-6 long Rest Area Wood Benches. Additional items will include the installation of Regulatory Signs and bike racks. The estimated price range is $170,419.50. Charge for solicitations will be $25.00.
