Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to repair a 3,671 foot-long concrete bridge deck in accordance with drawings and specifications. The project consists of removal of 1 3/4" existing concrete overlay, removal of 3/4" additional concrete using hydro-demolition equipment, full-depth repairs, and overlay with 2 1/2" nominal thickness latex modified concrete. In order to be considered, offerors will be required to provide documentation with their proposal to substantiate the successful prior performance of projects of similar scope and magnitude. The estimated magnitude of this project is in excess of $1,000,000. The work shall be performed between 4/1/98 and 9/30/98. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about 12/22/97.
