NAVAIR has a requirement for additional Logistic Support/Analysis Maintenance Planning for the Block 89A configuration for the EA-6B Aircraft. The support shall be a continuation of the LSA program established under NAVAIR contract N00019-95-C-0177. The estimated period of performance shall be from December 1997 through March 1998. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bethpage NY pursuant to Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1), only one responsible source (See Numbered Note 22). Northrop Grumman Corporation is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the EA-6B airframe, and as such is the only know source with the engineering expertise, source data, facilities, personnel and knowledge to provide the required effort. The Government does not intend to purchase the requirements under FAR Part 12 (See Numbered Note 12). (0336)
