This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-01. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3841 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, located at 32000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612 is intending to procure on a Brand Name or Equal basis the following Medical instruments: 3 each, Slit lamp, Haag-Streit BQ; 1 each, Tonometer, Haag-Streit, Lombart Instruments Catalog # R-900; 2 each, Reichart X-Pert Non-contact Tonometer Plus, Lombart Instruments Catalog # 12450. All equipment shall come with 2 each, operators and technical manuals. All items are to be quoted as destination pricing. This procurement is for Bldg. 710, Maxwell AFB, Alabama 36112 . Quotations shall be submitted on an "all or none basis." Partial quotes shall be rejected. All potential offerors shall be able to supply items immediately.
