(IBI) on a sole-source basis for its proprietary software products PC FOCUS DB2 Interface, WebFOCUS for NT, and Cactus Plus, as well as maintenance on Cactus Plus. These products are intended to work in conjunction with the PC FOCUS software currently in possession at SSA. Hence, IBI is the only known source for them. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided. Respondents should refer to "IBISW-JCE."
