(vii) Date of Delivery: As required by each delivery order being issued, Delivery/Acceptance: Deliveries made to Pentagon, south Loading Dock must be coordinated through the Dockmaster 24 hours prior to delivery. Vendors shall notify the Dockmaster by telephone and furnish the following information: Drivers Name, Vehicle Tag Number, Purchase Order (if applicable), and Company POC.
