M -- WILDLIFE MITIGATION PROGRAM SOL DACW67-98-R-0013 DUE 012298 POC Contract Specialist Dennis H Belcher (206) 764-6804 (Site Code DACA67) The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a contract for operation and maintenance of the Wildlife Mitigation Program at Chief Joseph Dam, Bridgeport, WA with Colville Confederated Tribes, Nespelem, WA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1) and pursuant to an agreement between the Tribes and the Government. The contractor will be required to operate, maintain and evaluate plant care and weed control projects, wildlife census, irrigation systems, fending, and other projects and structures of the Colville Indian Reservation. Contract term shall be one base year and four one-year options. Total estimated cost is $250,000 to $500,000. This is not an RFP. See Note 22. (0336)
