The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (593) Las Vegas NV is releasing a solicatation for Durable Medical Equipment Services under Negotiated RFP process. MUST BE JACHO CERTIFIED. Contractor will be required to provide services to include, delivery, set-up, installation, recovery, cleaning, sterilization, storage in climate controlled facility, re-issue, and providing patient instruction. Services to be provided to VA beneficiaries and performed within their residences. These beneficiaries are located in Southern Utah, Northern Arizona, Southern California, and Southern Nevada. Period of performance to be 1 February 1998 to 30 January 1999. One Option Year may be exercised beyond this period. Solicitation is available 12/5/97 requested in writing.
