This system shall manage the trust accounting requirements of approximately 350,000 Individual Indian Money (IIM) accounts and 1,700 Tribal accounts, containing approximately $3 billion. The system must provide: Standardized Trust Accounting; Periodic statements and transaction reports; Integrated interface with BIA's IRMS and Mineral Management Services' (MMS) sub-systems; Connectivity to the service provider to support both on-line terminal access and file transfer; Cash and accrual base reporting; Automated cash sweep; Automated accounts receivable; Automated scheduled disbursements; Ability to Schedule frequency of comprehensive statements of account, including (price asset listings); Comprehensive asset processing; Interface with major custodians; Interface with pricing vendors; Interface with Depository Trust Company (DTC); Automated reconciliations of securities; Multi-location processing and retrieval capabilities, (100 sites); Downloading capabilities (ASCII and Worksheet format); Cash projections, Performance measurement capabilities; User training; Investment pool processing; Accretion and amortization capabilities; Mortgage back security processing; and Mutual Fund processing.
