The government estimate for the proposed work is $48.8 million. The successful offeror will be responsible for assisting the Egyptian national family planning program in enhancing the supply of family planning services and in increasing the demand for family planning services in Egypt. To achieve results, the successful offeror will be required to successfully complete a number of tasks, ranging from designing mass media campaigns to improving the quality of services delivered in both the public and private sectors. The successful offeror will be required to work with various institutions including, inter alia, the Egyptian ministries of Health and Population and Information, medical schools, non-governmental organizations, and a range of private sector entities. U.S. organizations only interested in submitting offers for this solicitation may request a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 263-98-P-005 by submitting a written request.
