The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials required to perform preventive maintenance and related repairs and service calls on elevators at the 1ST Marine Corps District Headquarters, Garden City, New York, The applicable SIC and Size Standard is 1796 and $7.0 Million for this solicitation. Bidders interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this project must submit their request with a Company Check, Certified Cashiers's Check, or Money Order in the amount of $10.00 to: Defense Automated Printing Service (DAPS), Box 40, Building 83, Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT 06349-5040. Each check must be made payable to the U.S. Treasury and annotated with the applicable solicitation number. Two sets of plans and specifications will be sent via First Class U.S. Mail upon availability to those contractors who have rendered payment. Checks not made payable to U.S. Treasury, or not annotated with the solicitation number will be returned unprocessed. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
