This will be a firm-fixed price type contract with two option years. Sessions scheduled for FY98 are a follows: 98-01, Cincinnati, OH, 18-22 May 98; 98-02, Baltimore, MD, 1-5 Jun 98; 98-04, Sacramento, CA, 15-19 Jun 98; 98-05, Portland, OR, 15-19 Jun 98; 98-06, St. Louis, MO, 13-17 Jul 98; 98-07, Huntsville, AL, 27-31 Jul 98. Course locations and dates for option years FY99 and FY00 are estimates and subject to change as follows: 99-01, Northeast, 17-21 May 99; 99-02, Central, 7-11 Jun 99; 99-03, Western, 14-18 Jun 99; 99-04, Central, 21-25 Jun 99; 99-05, Huntsville, AL, 12-16 Jul 99; 99-06, Huntsville, AL, 26-30 Jul 99; 00-01, Northeast, 15-19 May 2000; 99- 02, Central, 5-9 Jun 2000; 00-03, Western, 12-16 Jun 2000; 00-04, Central, 19-23 Jun 2000; 00-05, Huntsville, AL, 10-14 Jul 2000; and 00-06, Huntsville, AL, 24-28 Jul 2000. Sessions consist of 36 hours of classroom instruction. Offeror shall provide two instructors who each hold a JD. The lead instructor should have 5 or more years of post law school practical experience and 3 years teaching experience (80 hours). The assistant instructor should have 3 or more years of post law school practical experience and 3 years of teaching experience (40 hours). Technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 16 Dec 97. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained by written request without cost. One set of the course material may be obtained from this office at a cost of $35.00 (non- refundable). Payment will be made by certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to: Finance and Accounting Officer, USAESCH. Telephonic requests will not be honored. This is a 100% set-aside for small business procurement. The Standard Industrial Code is 8999. For the purpose of this solicitation, any concern whose gross annual receipts over the past 3 years does not exceed $5,000,000 is considered a small business. (0336)
