Work consists of demolishing existing roofing and damaged decking when required and repair and replacement of roofs. The types of roofs include strip shingles, slate, metal roofing, standing seam metal roofing, standing seam terne metal roofing, built-up roofing, elastomeric roofing to include decking, flashings, caulking, sealants and accessories. This is a requirements type contract with a base year and three one-year option periods. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
