The U.S. Army CECOM proposes to procure by sole source with Breton Industries, Inc., quantity 34 each Cargo Cover Kits for the M-1102 High Mobility Trailer (HMT, NSN2330-01-387-5426), conversion of 33 each government furnished Two-man Crew Tops (NSN2540-01-316-0892) and conversion of 30 each government furnished Two-man Troop Tops (NSN2540-01-191-0973). The Contractor shall process the doors, cab covers and rear curtains to change the color from 383 Green to Standard Army Three-pattern Green for the Two-man Crew Tops and change the color from 383 Green to Standard Army Three-pattern Green for The Two-man Troop Tops. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of the government furnished property. The government physically does not have in its possession technical data to purchase these items for other than the current source. However, all responsible sources shall be considered by the agency.
