49 -- F-15 AIRCRAFT AVIONICS DEPOT TEST STATION (ADTS) UPGRADE POC Thomas I Robertson, 912-926-6726 This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a MARKET SURVEY to identify sources with the capability to provide an affordable and supportable upgraded F-15 Avionics Depot Test System (ADTS) Analog Test Station Upgrade. The contractor will provide all hardware and software for a station that will provide automatic and simi-automatic test capabilities for checkout of selected depot level repairable modules and subassemblies. This survey is to determine the availability of potential commercial sources and items pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. The extent of foreign participation or level of security clearance required to receive a solicitation has not yet been determined.
