Millsap, Contracting Officer, (405) 270-5119 or Gary Scott, Contracting Officer (405) 270-5111 Provide professional Architect/Engineer (A/E)services to include preliminary services, planning consultations and visits, design work, preparation of contract drawings and specifications, preparation of cost estimates, and performance of construction period services as necessary for construction and installation of Project 635-301, "Renovate for Primary Care" at VA Medical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The existing canopy parking area will be demolished and the space utilized to construct a new emergency room/life support unit (LSU) with relocated ambulance entrance area. The space vacated by the LSU relocation will then be utilized to renovate for expansion of outpatient clinic space. Qualification Factors: (1) Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. For the purpose of determining size status SIC Code 8712 has been assigned to this acquisition (average annual sales or receipts less than $2.5 million over past three years). (2) Firm must have prior experience in design of medicalcare facility construction and/or renovation. (3) Firm must posses or have access to the following design disciplines: Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural. (4) Firm must posses or have ability to access construction drawings in AutoCad Release 12 format and Word 7.0.
