Furnish Architect/Engineer services (including planning consulations, site visits, and design work) to include working drawings, specifications, cost estimates, construction period services as required for replacement of Project No. 581-206. The intention os this project is for the design and construction for the replacement of the HVAC system in Building 2. Project involves removal of cast iron radiators and fan coil units and central HVAC system will be added. The chiller will be replaced to include additional capacity. Exhaust and ventilation problems in dietetics and maintenance shop areas will be corrected. The energy management system will be expanded to include Building 2. The Standard Industrial Code is 1711. Estimated construction cost range between $$1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Interested firms shall submit a SF254 and SF255 to the issuing office no later than the close of business January 24, 1998.
