Presolicitation Notice for the Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield Directorate of Public Works (DPW) acquisition. This effort is to provide operation, maintenance, repair and construction of real property facilities at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The major functional areas are: Work Reception, Self Help, Repair and Maintenance, Maintenance and Management of GSA and M&S Equipment, Pest Control Services, Grounds Maintenance, Surfaced Areas, Refuse Collection and Disposal, Holiday and Seasonal Decorations, Electrical Distribution Systems, Natural Gas and Liquid Propane Systems, Sewage Collection and Treatment, Boiler, Chiller and Central Energy Plants, Un-Interrupted Power Supply, Automatic Switching Panels, Lightning Protection Systems, Electrical Grounding Systems, Individual Service and Job Orders. The services are currently being performed by Government employees. The solicitation will be competed following the guidelines of the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities. A copy of the Draft Request for Proposal has not been finalized as of the date of this publication. However, a copy of the draft Request for Proposal as well as other relevant information for this solicitation will be made available upon request as soon as it has been finalized.
