The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intends to procure services which will provide technical analyses of the AH-1W production, modification, development, and FMS programs to the AH-1W Program Office (PMA-276) within Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). The services include highly specialized technical, computer specialists, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) specialists, and administrative services in order to support the AH-1W program. The solicitation will contain a base year plus four option years averaging approximately 56,000 hours per year. Due to the nature of the Government's requirement, the contractor must maintain facilities that are located within thirty-five (35) miles of the main gate on Naval Air Station, located in Patuxent River, Maryland and be located within the counties of St. Mary's, Calvert, and Charles. To be considered for award, contractor must have a secret security facilities clearance. Pursuant to FAR 19.703 (a), the following applies: This requirement is offered for limited competition to eligible 8 (a) concerns; the SIC code for this requirement is 8711. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for 8 (a) firms whose average annual receipts for their preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $20 million.
