Construct Refueler Truck Maintenance and Paint Bay Facility for the Air National Guard Base at Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, Oregon. The 173rd Fighter Wing requires the construction of a pre-engineered metal building of 2,700 square feet, provide 2,500 square yards of asphalt paving; and provide water, sewer, electrical, and natural gas extensions to the building. The Government contemplates an award of a firm fixed price contract. Construction cost is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 and the award with be contingent upon receiving the funding. The construction period is 180 calendar days. The bid opening for this project will be on February 11, 1998, at 1400 hrs at the USPFO For Oregon, 1776 Militia Way SE, Salem, OR 97309-5008.
