Improvements in the areas of increased range, reduced overall system weight, increased lethality for the 81mm, M821A1/M889A1 HE Cartridges, and improved performance of the 81mm, M819 RP Smoke Cartridge and 81mm, M853A1 Illuminating Cartridge. Information regarding non-lethal payloads for 81mm mortar cartridges is also requested.
