Furnish and install a prefabricated modular office structure for Redwoods National Park located near Orick, Humboldt County, CA. Structure to be approximately 24' x 60' with: one office space prox 11'-4" x 12'; open space prox 24' x 42'; and contain utility closet and handicap accessible restroom. The unit shall be constructed to meet the minimum requirements for handicap accessibility in accordance with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) or State of California requirements, whichever are more stringent, and comply with all Federal, State, and local codes. Unit to include: Climate control system (HVAC); attic ventilation; exhaust fans; water heater and all water supply piping and fittings; phone, LAN data and electric wiring with all associated switches and outlets; vapor barrier and full ceiling, wall and floor insulation; double glazed insulated glass windows with screens; vinyl flooring and carpeting; toilet and bathroom accessories; and all finish hardware. Unit exterior to include fiberglass shingles; gutters; T-111 exterior siding; and redwood trim. The Contractor will perform all site work, construct foundation and complete installation at building site, and is responsible for foundations, slabs, beams, columns, stem walls, landings, steps, and utility hookups. All utility connections will be performed by the National Park Service. The Contractor shall submit drawings for approval prior to fabrication including: floor plan; foundation plan; foundation and structural drawings by a structural engineer licensed in the State of California; elevations; and schedules. The structure shall be delivered FOB Destination to the job site and be ready for occupancy within 45 days after approval of drawings. The above closing date is approximate only.
