Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intents to award one contract to provide management and related services for single family properties (1-4 units), which are owned by or in the custody of HUD in the geographic area described as The Chicago River on the East side, Division Street (1200N) on the North side, the City of Chicago limits on the West side and Madison Street on the South side. The contractor shall be required to perform professional management services which requires lawn maintenance, winterization, etc. See Numbered Note 1. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC)Code is 6531. The size standard is $1.5*(*as measured by total revenues, but excluding funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party, such as bookings or sales subject to commissions. The commissions received are included as revenue). The term of this contract is for one base year with two one-year options to extend the term of the contract.
