GSA believes industry feedback is important and is receptive to any and all comments identifying potential problem areas and providing alternative recommendations to enhance the likelihood of success of this initiative. Any information provided should not present a specific approach or product but be viewed as an opportunity to improve the Government's procurement strategy. The Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited and will not recognize any costs associated with submission of information.
