This is an annual requirement. Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, fittings, hoses, vehicles and tankers necessary. Period of performance will be from 18 Feb 98 hrough 17 Feb 99. Two each option years may be included. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC, Puget Sound.
