The solicitation will include a basic year with four option years and will be awarded as a requirements contract. Two contracts will be awarded, one contract for each area of performance. Areas of performance are as follows: Area I -- All territory in all counties in the states of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut; Area II -- All territory in all counties in the state of New York.
