Award will be made pursuant to the "Small Busines Competitiveness Demonstration Program." Contractors do not have to be a small business to submit an offer under this program. The price range of the work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Technical proposals must be submitted and will be evaluated in addition to prices.
