Z -- EXPANSION OF HANGER BAY IN BUILDING P-2050 AT THE AIRFIELD, FORT DRUM, NEW YORK SOL DAKF36-98-B-0002 DUE 012098 POC Contract Specialist RICHARD EDGAR (315) 772-6514 (Site Code DAKF36) The work to be performed will include, but is not limited to the following items: relocate fire hydrants, domestic water lines, and wastewater lines; provide and install; new domestic water piping and wastewater piping, concrete contaminated water vault, concrete pad for dumpster; remove and replace asphalt and concrete subbase material on exterior grounds; relocate the Flammable Storage Building; remove, relocate and/or replace fencing and washdown wastewater sewer lines; provide and install on the expanded hanger bay; insulated metal siding wall panel system, EPDM roof and insulation, new vertical lift hanger door, new man door and relocate existing metal overhead door, new HVAC system and fans, interior and exterior lighting, new smoke detection system, a deluge fire suppression system to match existing, a radiant floor heating system and extend the compressed air system. The expanded bay floor and roof must form a seamless transition between the new and existing construction. Solicitation is to be issued on or about, 21 Dec 97.
