Naval Reserve Information Systems Office (NAVRESINFOSYSOFF) intends to issue a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Harless Software Products, 9605 Jefferson Hwy., Suite I301, New Orleans, Louisiana 70123 for technology upgrade to Budget Builder for Bud and Budget Builder for Bud Source. All existing functionality of the present Bud for DOS application, appropriate for a Windows environment, must be included in the upgrade. Harless is the only known source which can provide the required upgrade. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and is being pursued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. If after 15 days of this notice, no viable responses have been received, NAVRESINFOSYS will award the contract to Harless Software Products. (0339)
