A -- ANTI-TERRORISM TEST SUPPORT COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS POC Neil Gross, Negotiator, (703) 325-7658, Scott G. Morton, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-1200 Contract effort will include but not be limited to the use of first-principle computer codes and engineering level computer programs to design experiments and tests, range gages for the experiments and tests, provide pre-test predictions of the experiments and tests and provide post-test analyses of observed phenomena. These codes will be used to predict the expected explosive produced environments and also to predict the response of test structures of the environments. Data will be generated to supplement test data for the development of predictive algorithms. Contemplated period of performance is forty-eight (48) months which includes the regular reporting cycle. All contractor personnel will require a DoD security clearance of SECRET. Multiple awards are contemplated. This procurement is 100 per cent set-aside for small businesses (See Numbered Note 1).
