McLain (406)444-7951 (Site Code DAHA24) This is a modification to a notice first posted on November 24, 1997 for Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery Architect Engineering Contract for Architectural/Civil/Structural Design Services. The following information and changes are provided. The successful Architect-Engineer firm will be ineligible to compete for the A-E design contracts for which they have developed the project book and/or statement of work. The contract shall have one basic contract year with one 1-year option period. A guaranteed minimum fee of $5,000.00 shall apply to the base year only. The significant evaluation criteria in order of precedence are: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; and (5) Location in the general geographic area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project; provided, that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms, given the nature and size of the project.
