Mannion, Contract Specialist, (202) 690-1722 The Farm Service Agency is looking for interested small business concerns to submit offers for Request for Quotation No. ASPS-98-0002. The place of performance for the following services will be in the Kansas City Management Office. The services comprise of the basic services and support for this requirement. (1) Guaranteed response time of four hours for Priority 1 types service calls. Priority 1 services calls are those that are required when the system is totally down. Response is defined as initial telephone contact back to the caller, remote dial-in or arrival on-site. (2) Performance of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Field Change Orders (FCOs) and hardware upgrades for IMS servers and OSAR, PM and FCO activities for all other devices will be during Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM). (3) The contractor will provide software maintenance updates (SMUS) during PPM. (4) The contractor will provide remote software support, Monday through Friday, during the PPM. Principal Period of Maintenance is from8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., local time, Monday, through Friday, except government holidays. System Definitions consists of the following critical devices: Index server, fax server, print server, OSAR server, Application servers, OSAR in a single OSAR configuration, and Scanner.
