The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure on an unrestricted, competitive basis, Technical Support Services to include: interface hardware design and fabrication services; equipment installation and AIT installation planning services; miscellaneous installation services; removal, overhaul, repair and reinstall equipment services; engineering services; parts and assembly fabrication services; implementation planning; inspections, cost estimates and reporting services; quality control; project management; material control and support -- to support various projects and programs associated with Intelligence Systems and Mission Planning Systems for Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, Detachment Philadelphia. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Labor Hour or CPFF, type of contract is contemplated for a twelve (12) month base period, estimated at 39,550 hours straight time (ST) and 7,660 overtime (OT) hours and four (4) twelve month option periods estimated at 39,550 hours ST and 7,660 hours OT each. If all options are exercised, there will be approximately 57 months ordering period and 60 months performance period. Resultant contract anticipated to begin 05 June 98.
