This technology will be used for detoxifying the stockpile of nerve agent (VX) stored in Ton Containers (TCs) at the NECD. The scope of requested services inclides design completion, construction, equipment acquisition and installation, systemization, pilot testing, operation, and closure of Newport Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (NECDF).
