Sources sought for Visual Information Service Contract. This is a request for information only (RFI). There is no solicitation package available. McChord AFB, Wa is conducting a market survey to determine potential sources interested in providing visual information services for the base. Requirements include both graphic and photography services. Graphic Services necessitates Level II Illustrators. The contractor shall provide both color and black/white graphic arts support in the form of preparation of artwork for 35mm slide reproduction; producing and assembling viewgraphs; design and construction of flipcharts, briefing charts, status charts and wall charts; design and letter signs; design, construct and illustrate posters, displays/exhibits, nameplates, certificates, emblems, labels, badges and stickers. Photographic Services mandates the contractor employ Level III Photographers. Photographic Services shall include scheduling location and studio photography, alert/emergency photography, copy, digital and miscellaneous photography and film processing. The Government shall furnish and/or make available facilites and equipment/property identified on inventory. Respondents are invited to submit brochures, catalogs, and/or other literature on commercial methods, to include inspection procedures, payment procedures, equipment used, present users/other references, commercial terms and conditions and other common commercial practices associated with this RFI.
