Interested parties must be accredited and listed in the directory entitled Accredited Institutions of Post-Secondary Education or be declared eligible to receive financial aide through the U.S. Department of Education. The service will include but is not limited to curriculum development and guidance, registration, financial aid advise, instruction, transcript/services, record keeping and appropriate counseling.
