The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment required to renovate Room 106 measuring approximately 45 x 50 feet. This work consists of the following: Removal and disposal/salvage of wire particians, mail boxes, and shelving/heavy duty steel tube framing. Insulate and sheath a wall measuring 8 feet high 32 LF long. Installation of government furnished slotted panel board and preparation and painting of all walls. Furnish and install new sliding/fixed glass doors (approx. 30 lf). Furnish and install new carpet tile in Room 106 and Room 104 (approx. 260 sy). Provide additional electrical outlets/switches in various areas in Room 106. Perform minor incidental work (trim, baseboard, wall/floor transition treatment).
