The assembly consists of FIN PN 9327834 and housing cartridge PN 9327833 and a component of the M8 TA smoke Pot. The Government will award the contract on the basis of the comparative advantages and disadvantages of the competing proposals or "Best Value" to the Government. Major factors to be considered are past performance and quality. Minor factors are technical capability and cost. If two or more proposals are rated of equal merit, cost will determine their final ranking. QTY: 28,350 ea with a 100% option. The contract will contain 4 option years each with a 100% option as follow: 1st year-40,000 ea, 2nd year- 45,000 ea, 3rd year-34,000 ea and 4th yr-31,000 ea. NOTE:Options are contingent upon receipt of funding. Quantities are subject to change This will be a firm fixed contract with delivery of First Article required 150 days after award and delivery 7500 every 30 days after approval of first article.
