This announcement constitutes only offers are being requested and a written solicition will not be issued. This notice constitutes that offers must submit in writing on company letterhead, to include required paperwork and FOB destination cost to the Delaware Air National Guard in New Castle, Delaware. The Delaware Air National Gurad plans to procure through Simplified Acquisition Procedures to qualified contractors for the following item; One unit described as two story modular storage unit constructed similar to the National Partitions Super Structure "S2" or equal. The physical size shall be 32'L x 24'W x8'H (min. height) with Class A fire protection. The following features are listed as the minimum; Stairs and landing painted, bolted steel construction with diamond plate treads and landings. Provide one set three foot steel steps for access to second floor with hand rails to be at least one and a half inch tubular steel. Second story (Upper room) top decking (dust cover) no accoustical ceiling. Second floor deck 22 gauge, one and a half corrugated steel decking with support beams to provide 100 psf floor loading, three fourth inch AC plywood floor. 2 single doors 3'0" x 6'8" with window and vent; 2 double doors 6'0" x 6'8" with windows and vents; 1 double door 6'0" x 7"0" with window and vent, and 4 wall panels with half windows second floor measured 8 feet panels with first floor 9 feet panels. All trim components including studs, corner studs, and top channel painted steel. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 5031, business size 500 employees for procurement of supplies. The provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial applies to this acquisition.
