The basic cloth for the garments shall be elastique, wool, 18 oz, Blue and will be furnished by the Government, to the resultant contractor, after award. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price requirements contract with a basic period (1 Apr 98 through 31 Mar 99) and 1 one year option. Estimated yearly quantities, to include fill-in orders, if required are: Trousers, men's -- 2050 pair; Slacks, women's -- 550 pair. Exact quantities and sizes will be provided no later than 15 May of each year by delivery order. Bar Code labels shall be required. A first article of each garment shall be required within 30 days after contract award. Delivery shall be FOB destination, USAF Academy CO not later than 30 Sep of each year beginning in 1998.
