A -- SMALL AND LARGE LANDMINE NEUTRALIZING FOAM KITS POC Patricia Davis 703-325-1713 It is the intent of the US Army CECOM Acquisition Center-Washington to modify contract number DAAB07-97-C-6028 with Insta-Foam Products, Inc. of Joliet, IL to purchase an two thousand (2000) small size landmine neutralizing foam kits with an improved dispensing canister connector and accessories (rope and gloves) and 100 large landmine neutralizing foam kits with an improved dispensing canister connector and accessories (rope and gloves) for test and evaluation for use in Humanitarian Demining operations. The purchase is being made under the auspices of Other than Full and Open Competition in as much as Insta-Foam Products, Inc. is the developer and sole marketer of the Landmine Neutralizing Foam.
