Work involves Asbestos Abatement, Installation of a parallel new system in operation until changeover, and removal of existing system. Services shall include site investigation, shop drawing review, site visits, asbestos abatement assessment report, abatement plans and as-built drawings. The A/E is to retain the services of a certified industrial hygienist to survey the affected areas for asbestos containing materials. Firms desiring consideration shall submit Standard Forms 254s and 255s on or before c.o.b. January 8, 1998. This is not a request for proposals. This solicitation is unrestricted.
