This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Electronics Fabrication and Electronic Equipment Support, 1-135-GJE.8762 which was posted on November 21, 1997. You are notified that the following changes are made: A Pre-solicitation Conference is planned to be held at Langley Research Center on December 15, 1997, in Building 1222, the H.J.E. Reid Conference Center, Langley Room at 9:00 a.m. This is the only such conference planned for this procurement. Anyone planning to attend the Pre-solicitation Conference shall contact Tracy M. Spruill by e-mail at t.m.spruill@larc.nasa.gov or by phone at 757-864-2538 by December 12, 1997, to confirm attendance. Attendance will be limited to a maximum of two representatives per offeror. A site visit will be conducted to the following areas: Buildings 1225, 1238, and 1244. In order that questions may be answered during the conference, written questions may be submitted to the above e-mail address before December 12, 1997. A limited time may be available for answering questions submitted on the day of the conference. However, as there is no assurance that adequate time to answer such questions will remain, submission of questions prior to the conference, by the date specified above, will assure their being fully answered. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office Suite (Word 6.0, Excel 5.0, or PowerPoint 4.0) format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
